Allen Meneric (Nick Stahl of TERMINATOR 3, SIN CITY) is committed to a psychiatric institution for the criminally insane after committing a brutal revenge murder. As part of a socialization program, he is transferred to a minimum security area where he meets Mia (Olivia Wilde of TRON: LEGACY, TV'S HOUSE), a beautiful bipolar female inmate. Haunted by his past, Allen seeks his redemption when sudden events demand that he protect Mia from the violence and chaos of the institution.
