Katie (Jemma Dallender) is an aspiring model on her own in New York. When she innocently accepts an offer to have new photos taken, the experience quickly descends into an unthinkable nightmare of rape, torture, and kidnapping. Through a twist of fate she is freed from her captors, but severely injured. She will have to tap into the darkest places of the human psyche not only to survive, but ultimately to find the strength to exact her brutal revenge.
