Tom Jones (Albert Finney), is a country boy who becomes one of the most notorious playboys in 18th century England. He is widely known for his insatiable desire for women, food, and wild, rowdy adventures. However, Jones has no idea that his days as a playboy are about to change forever. After meeting the beautiful Sophie, Jones tries to improve his fortune and change his ways in a valiant effort to win her heart.
